The directors of FORDE Dr. Kokila Parthasarathy, Mr. Zahiruddin Ali Khan and Dr. Sunil Unny Guptan have had their education and training in India and abroad. Before starting Forde they have worked with the Administrative Staff College of India , a premiere management institution for over a decade. They have done their Masters in Management, Public Administration and Communication respectively as well as their Doctorates in the areas of Business Management.
Their major areas of work has been in management training and consulting. They have designed and directed sponsored and in-company programs for Senior Executives and CEO’s from the Corporate Sector, for IAS and IPS Officers, Political executives and Women in management. Their areas of work are in Organizational Development (OD), Behavioral Sciences , Human Resource Management and Development.
They have published several articles, case studies and books and are members of several professional bodies. The other consultants who are part of the FORDE team have taken their Masters in Business Administration in the fields of Marketing and Human Resource Management . Their work experience ranges from Marketing to Training and Management Consultancy.
